His diverse technical experience in Australia and the UK includes corporate & commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, mediation and dispute resolution, international business structuring, tax litigation and corporate tax compliance. James prides himself on finding commercial outcomes to legal problems, and continually learning about the practical challenges of business direct from business owners – and first hand!
